For all Live Music Weekends from Friday 10th September, Butlins will be asking all caravan owners, photo pass holders & guests to the Caravan Village to provide proof that they are at low risk of transmitting COVID 19 and in return you will be issued with a Live Music Weekend wristband to access venues. This evidence can be one of the following:
Proof of full vaccination – both doses received at least 14 days prior to arrival. It must be demonstrated either via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS app or vaccination letter. Your vaccination card will not be accepted.
Proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT), reported and demonstrated via your NHS COVID Pass on the NHS app, or a text message from the NHS confirming this information. The test needs to be taken within 48 hours prior to your arrival.
PHOTO ID
Along with your evidence of being at low risk of transmitting COVID 19, each member of your party will be asked for photo ID before their access wristband and/or accommodation keys will be released. Butlins will accept your 2021 Owners Pass as photo proof of ID. During our Live Music Weekends, only a valid passport or photo driving licence will be accepted as both proof of ID at check-in and proof of age if you are requested at any of our resort bars.
CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL
We’re expecting the Live Music Weekends to be busy this year, so to help reduce your wait times in the queues, why not send through your Low Risk COVID Evidence before you arrive? You can e-mail screenshots or photo’s of your NHS COVID Pass along with a list of the weekends you plan to visit us, to SkegnessCaravanReception@bourne-leisure.co.uk from Friday 3rd September. All you’ll then need to do is pop into Caravan Reception on the Friday of your weekend with your photo ID to collect your wristband.
IT’S TIME TO ARRIVE
Once your fancy dress is packed and you’ve made sure you have all the extras outlined above – it will be time to arrive! For our 2021 Live Music Weekends we will be operating a drive-thru style system for both photo pass holders and sublet guests.
WHERE TO ARRIVE
From 12 midday, as you drive into the Caravan Village arriving cars will be directed into our Day Visitors Car Park where our Drive-thru style check points will be located. Please ensure before travelling that you’ve got your Low Risk COVID Evidence and your photo ID to hand for everyone in the car. Please remain in your car throughout this process
CHECKING POINT
You will be greeted by our Check-in Team, who from your car will record your Low Risk COVID Evidence and who will issue you with a wristband for the weekend. This wristband will be your access into all of our venues so must be worn for the duration of your visit. Your wristband can also be used across all of our applicable venues, to receive your exclusive Caravan Owners Discounts. Lost wristband replacements during a Live Music Weekend are charged at £50 per wristband
WANT TO AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU?
Why not confirm your arrival before the weekend by sending through your Low Risk COVID Evidence to SkegnessCaravanReception@bourne-leisure.co.uk before you arrive? Once e-mailed to us you can arrive to the Caravan Village on the Friday of your weekend, visit the Caravan Reception with your photo ID and collect your wristband from 9am until 9pm … all whilst avoiding the drive-thru!
